Help! How to get in touch with payroll?

I've worked at Royal Mail since the middle of November. Got paid a 3 month bonus sign on in February pay check. Resigned 1st of March and working my 4 weeks notice till the end of March, because I've something else lined up. Now in my March pay check I've had the 3 month bonus sign on deducted (which means I'll be taking a whooping 300 quid home this month). Anybody know who I can speak to or anybody else had a similar issue?

Can't help with contacting payroll but I thought that the 3 month bonus sign-on had to be paid back if you left within the first year, you've left within the first year...so didn't you know this when you handed in your notice on 1st march??

Pay: Speak to your line manager in the first instance, if not resolved by your line manager, call 0345 606 0603.

Nothing in my contract about bonus at all. First they giveth, then taketh away.
