There 318 gives them 3 hours to collect from the phg then go out and deliver but we work a 10 hour day(4 day week)and they also do firms, parcels and bags drops.

Ah right, I've always said that a walking PO, shouldn't take anything that wont go through the letterbox, sounds like quite a good deal. Wouldn't mind seeing how its going in a couple of months, when we get more pressure. One to think about with Geo being worked on at the mo'.

Took out 8 specials on ma walk yesterday.
Failed 2 of em. One at 13:15 and t'other 13:30.
They was both near the end of me walk.

Now if as supposed, I took them at the start of ma walk, it would talk me a good half hour
to get there an another half hour to get back to where ma bags are dropped.

So it's inpossible to do.

They ought to have moved the delivery by time back an hour
when they moved our starting times back an hour. :arrrghhh

SO do I and here is my solution:

I got myself one of those meter bags and when I have specials I pre-write a card for the address and put in the frame along with the normal mail. I then store all my prios in the meter bag and place it at the back of my pouch. Every time I get a new bundle all I have to do is glance to make sure the meter bag is still there.

its so annoying
when they come back out a few hour later and say weve found it now lol
im like :left: :left:

you no your self you put it on the shelf to be collected

In the case where I have to pouch it off at the Room of Doom, the locker or the PO I always get them to stamp the signature card with their cancellation stamp or initial next to the F/L note. No come back to me then. Also if I think there is going to be a problem I scan the signature card on my own pc so I have proof what happened if I ever need it.

wish I could so that but my delivery is spread out and the customers keep stopping me when I am not where they are expecting me and ask me when they will get your mail. "10 seconds later now " as an answer does not always go down well. I walked the 2 furthest points apart once and it took me 1 hour 10 minutes.
