Not had anyone do that at my place......yet! Have the management done anything about it? Should have his MC/PO Box suspended. I've had a few customers have a go at me in the past, a couple of times I've had to pull the hatch down and press the bandit alarm, not that any one turned up when I pressed it
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

An angry customer tried to climb through the hatch issuing threats etc a few years back he wouldn't listen to my warning and i chapped his jaw as he clambered through, needless to say he soon calmed down again :dance

When I worked in the Callers Office there was no hatch because there was no cage it was open like a shop counter and that is only about 6/7 years ago.
