Maybe this is a daft questions but why didn't the idiots simply take the van back to the yard and let management sort it out if the back doors were jammed?

The doors arnt jammed, all the doors on this crappy van automaticly lock.

Iv driven some vans for this firm but this van is the biggest pile of crap going :evil/mad
