Would anyone give up a 5 day regular duty for a 4 day cover?

Big revision in my office and 4 day reserves have come up (Wednesdays and Thursdays off) but have to work every saturday.
I currently have a duty on 30hrs so I start at 8.30pm. The four days start at 7pm, same hours. Its always an advantage to have your own duty so its a tough call. 4 days a week would give me 52 days off xtra per year.
Bit of a six of one and half a dozen of the other scenario :nervous
