Outdoor Performance Standards

My manager keeps saying that my permformace whilst on delivery is not up to standard and that I am to slow. Is there any agreed and recognised standard to achieve. tHANKS

Sister if I was you I would be contacting my union IR Rep A.S.P. they should be able to point you in the right direction.

First, ask the idiot if he'd care to demonstrate the correct standard and that you'd observe him very carefully while you watched him out on delivery.

Second, follow brothermagrew's advice, and get the union on to that Herbert asap. :cool

so basically hes saying you dont walk quick enough.....yes ask him to show you how the delivery should be done and watch him struggle under the weight of DSA Mailsort and D2D in your pouches but he wont go out and do it will he....jusy inform your rep and hint at a grievance if he persists in givving you hassle

Did you get proper training on the round? I doubt it, they just chuck us out blind and expect us to be as fast as a regular. tell him you want extra training then its upto him to sort it.
