Callers office hours

Post by vinny79 »

Does anyone know the formula for working out how many hours an office callers office needs?

Used to be staff multiplied by a number?

Having a revision ?

EDIT : Ignore, I am thinking of the trial for callers office. Which may not help.

What bothers me most is that the callers office at my depot that I currently reside in has it's opening hours displayed outside the gate on a plaque but for some reason upper management have not bothered to ask what the opening hours are and decided to make up the times online and confusing customers. I mean, what's so difficult about that? It just does not make any sense to me at all. There are pros and cons to this but I just wanted to point this out. Not sure if any other callers office currently has this issue.

I'm led to believe that opening hours are set according to the "size" grading of the DO .. We have also created much confusion during the last 18 months .. we've had different opening times displayed on the gates, the callers office door and the local Facebook page .. no wonder we see constant negative comments on the local Neighbourhood Watch FB page .. somehow we find it impossible to co-ordinate all three .. management appear to have been left to decide for themselves how many hours the callers office will be open for .. the reason ? .. closing the callers office is apparently classed as a "saving" even though the PHG is on site
