Once you go down ill health procedure I take it royal mail will contact your doctor for a report or do they take what OH say
OH will get in contact with your doctor with a request for medical info about your condition/situation.

Brilliant cheers.
Should add that once OH have contacted your doctor, had a meeting with you and made their recommendation(s) to royal mail you can still decline to take IHR. You're rep should know all the ins and outs regarding that side of things if for some reason you don't agree with the outcome and don't want to leave rm.

My IHR took about a month so it does run quite quickly once started.
