Normally when 5% of duties become Vacant or every 6 months is the guidelines. But Dda and Mtsf comes into the mix and can overrule that.

Forget all that , it never happens . Manager and rep call the shots and that’s how it works.

wont happen mate its down to the dom and he wont care especially if he wants to look after certain brown noses basically there is a word for it "favouritism" you could be lucky maybe the dom can give you xmas off every year..

it has been going on in my office for years.

Could be favouritism or more likely the people doing them are difficult/awkward/slow/lazy and so they get left alone to give the managers a quiet life.
