I’ve Been on sick leave but now on phased return so unsure if I’ve been docked?

No ,not on reduced pay they just my stopped my pay stating it was unauthorised absence (even though I had a sick note and used horrible bullying tactics to get me back)

Was off work for three weeks.
Looks like Ive been docked for these three weeks.

i think your Christmas bonus is reduced if you are in receipt of half pay due to sick. i am sure i will be corrected if that's wrong but that's as i understand it.

Yep, anyone off sick will still get the full bonus as long as they are receiving full sick pay.

It seems to be a common misconception that anytime off sick during the pressure period will result in losing the bonus.

Unfortunately you seem to have been punished twice by them claiming your sick was unpaid unauthorised absence. Don’t know if it’s worth you taking it up with the union?

If you submitted sick note , just contact h.r payroll
They will correct it bypass management in office
Far easier,find h.r quiet helpful.
