you can keep requesting that day off, but in the end they are allowed to set your hours pretty much whenever they like, the RM contract is kinda open ended with regards to working hours. Maybe you can try and negotiate a way to keep that day off ?

is it overtime ? then thats always at your option, if its your scheduled work hours for the week, then again they can do this and its up to you to find arrangements for childcare.Jiperjuper wrote: ↑07 Dec 2020, 19:38I meant

Wednesday has been my day off for as long as I remember though
