What happens if you don’t scan the PPI sheet at a firm and just put it on the pda as metered?

You might be asked why you haven't scanned PPI barcode as it will show on the system. If it happened just once you'll be alright but constant scan failures will be an issue. PPI barcode on business account paperwork is basically digital receipt as it's connected to pay system.

If you didn`t scan by mistake, scan the PPI paper barcode at your next post office (with their barcode) or firm, important is that is has been scanned.
