Share your pride in working for Royal Mail by sending your videos to form part of our Change Story Time to Transform : Everyone has a part to play as our Change Story launches programme.

CEO Stuart Simpson wants to you talking about the things that make you proud to do your job.

Our Change Story is underway, urging all colleagues to play their part in our transformation. We want you to put your stamp on it – and this is one of the ways you can do that.

Stuart says: ‘Stories of the things that make you feel incredibly proud to work for Royal Mail – whether it is something you have done, or a colleague – we’d love to hear about it.’

Sheesh! Change Story program? More like Change (the) Channel.

Shoot on a smartphone, preferably in landscape mode (and while driving a Royal Mail van at the same time).
Try to tell your story within one minute (but expect to get a bollocking from your manager for not working that time).
Explain your pride in working for Royal Mail (a wind-up, surely).
Send the video straight to the Recycle Bin.

It's quite embarrassing how naive this guy is to think this workforce will involve themselves in this sort of thing with the current post Rico climate. A long LONG way to go until this company has that sort of culture. I probably wont bother learning his name. I can't see it working out.

Trust me some will do it, like those who come in early and work for nothing, those who are using their own car to do royal mail's work, those who don't take breaks etc.
There are plenty of dickheads out there i am afraid.
