Should those that insist on sharing a van, despite everything, be reported and disciplined?

It is a sackable offence.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I strongly believe in keeping my eyes on my own plate
But if a manager does their own investigation and catches a pair van sharing then thats the risk and gamble the pairing took

van sharing at this time is a lot worse than using your own car for deliveries in my opinion at the minute . I personally have seen it go on but it goes against my instinct to grass anyone up its up to managers to look out for this

Surely Tesco Waitrose and numerous other private companies I've seen 2 in a van without even any PPE have the same liability?Woody Guthrie wrote:For the hundredth time legal liability.....cpsteve wrote:Van sharing is no more risky then going to the shops it never has been now we have to wear face coverings so why not share vans using them

Quite probably but Tesco and Waitrose won't pay RM's legal bills/fines/compensation for not ensuring their employees safety will they?Joe4567 wrote:Surely Tesco Waitrose and numerous other private companies I've seen 2 in a van without even any PPE have the same liability?Woody Guthrie wrote:For the hundredth time legal liability.....cpsteve wrote:Van sharing is no more risky then going to the shops it never has been now we have to wear face coverings so why not share vans using them

What I'm saying is that in my opinion there's more behind the companies decision to not van share than legal liability. If they really wanted/needed to I'm sure they would find a way £££yellowbelly wrote:Quite probably but Tesco and Waitrose won't pay RM's legal bills/fines/compensation for not ensuring their employees safety will they?Joe4567 wrote:Surely Tesco Waitrose and numerous other private companies I've seen 2 in a van without even any PPE have the same liability?Woody Guthrie wrote:For the hundredth time legal liability.....cpsteve wrote:Van sharing is no more risky then going to the shops it never has been now we have to wear face coverings so why not share vans using them
