whats going on with the company ? , in offices posties are being told we cant afford to pay o/t to complete deliverys , customer service has hit rock bottom and the amount of stuff that is left in dutys un delivered every day and rolled over due to cost and budgets , office moral has hit rock bottom due to workload and b&h , are the CWU aware of this and whats going on everyday ? , and if its this bad I cant see the talks going to well , but we still have a live I/a ballot , come on CWU we have had enough now.
