Coronavirus - van sharing

A bit of advice please.
With social distancing now so crucial, are there any plans / proceedures to stop van sharing?
I would have thought this would be very important, as a van cab locks in any airborne virus. Thanks for any advice.

Most of us won’t be in work at some point in the near future having just watched Boris if anyone in your house gets it the whole household has to stay in for two weeks

All it will take is one person to get it in your office and your whole office could close for a fortnight. That is real because everyone who is working in the office with the infected person will need to isolate.
