So today I scanned a signed for letter as no answer and carded it. But then by mistake posted it with the normal
Letters. I did card again to let the customer know there was no need to go to the DO. What should I do, worry about?

I don’t think there are many of us that have not done that. It happens, best thing is to report it to your DOM yourself, explaining your mistake. Be honest, shouldn’t be too bad

Wouldn’t even mention it to Lino , chances are you’ll hear nothing about it . If you did then say oh yes I remember now and then explain what happened.

Just be thankful it wasn't a Special Delivery letter.
Been there, done that, panicked a lot, but survived by being honest.
