Re-pick held up...

Post by smartecosse »

So......after weeks and months of talk the re-pick finally started....

Numbers 1 and 2 in seniority have picked what they want.

Number three hasn't decided which walk they want and also want some other issues resolved before they pick.

So the whole process has now come to a crashing halt.

How long are they allowed to take to decide what walk they want before the next most senior can pick what they want?

Is there a time limit on procrastination?

Had this at our office, it took nearly a week to get numero uno to get the whole thing going after phone calls, chats. We were then accused by them of harassment! It requires a great deal of patience!

We used this system for picking the leave this year .... it certainly helps to clear the log jams of indecision. :thumbup Admitedly some might consider repicking duties a bit more important, but you usually have an idea of a couple of duties you fancy. If someone picks your first choice you obviously then go for Option 2. :cuppa
