Hi anyone know if we get life and critical illness insurance as being employed by royal mail

No we don't. However we do get a death in service benefit which , I believe Is 4x your annual wage.
There's also a small payment from the cwu.

The death in service payments can vary depending on whether you're currently paying into any RM pension scheme.

If you are, then the payment is normally 4 x pensionable salary. If not then it's 2 x pensionable salary.
