Car Accident

Post by dazzer6 »

I was off for 3 week involved in a car accident which was the other persons fault and they admitted full liability. I have had a successful claim and royal mail have got their money as well for the 3 weeks i was off, but i have not had my review 2 rescinded, [all the stage down to the accident]. And now i will be up for a review 3 when i come back from a long term absence, due to tendon problem in my foot in a few week, Shouldn't the review 2 have been rescinded since royal mail claimed, and got the money they claimed for my days off, plus the other party admitting full liability for the crash? IE nothing i could do about it. Any help will be appreciated

If Royal Mail received all the sick pay back that they payed as a result of your car accident then that period of sick absence is removed from your record ..You need to check with your solicitor that they have received the money and then contact HR .
