is anyone working 4 day week and picking up regular work in other office?
also if working 4 days can the keep giving you tuesday off when was told was rotation when applying for job?

That's part of the union's job, is it not? That's the very reason membership is dropping as staff feel they are not getting the answers to questions which are really important to them, answered. It's part of the reps job.
