Nationally there seems to be a few colleagues in different areas being accused of being " aggressive " towards mangement , witnessed myself , totally unfounded imo , and being taken down conduct code.
Is this a new policy directive from mangement , thoughts ?

Never go into the manager’s office on your own. I had a manager manager accuse me of shouting at my manager in the office & that he had four other managers to back him up. Always air your grievances in front of other posties. Hopefully they’ll have your back.
