Whoever put this edition together....can I buy some drugs from you?
In a nutshell, if we don't bend over and take what's coming they won't be able to keep the customer satisfied and they'll f**k off elsewhere.

So they say the courier has gone green! If I put it in the non-recycling bin it makes their green credentials futile

Apart from being full off propaganda, it`s too big and very hard to read, why they don`t make it smaller?
Won`t mean much anyway, still ends up in the recycling bin...

I actually read most of it and it trys to make a convincing argument to the 5 year plan. Reform, investment in tech etc. Didnt say too much about next day deliveries and thats what more & more people are looking for.
DPD usually text me about midday to let me know my one hour time slot for my parcels. From the times it looks like they deliver from about 12pm - 8pm. Hermes text me just after 11am to say the courier has the parcel and give me the time slot. Going by these times it "appears" our competitors are starting later in the day. RM Parcel strategy would fall into these later start & finish times.
I would be ok with the 5 year plan except someone (not mrs santa) has a history of zero hour / self employed contracts / slave labour etc. Even the plans seems ok, but in my opinion it will go down the route or separating & breaking up each part of RM including reducing the USO to benefit the shareholders pockets. All our T&C would eventually erode away.
Hence you need to vote YES to strike action to give the union a strong hand in negotiating. Voting yes does not mean we will be on strike or you have to participate

How much does it cost anyways? Materials and staff, you'd think they would axe it really, being cash strapped.Janet Brum wrote:Apart from being full off propaganda, it`s too big and very hard to read, why they don`t make it smaller?
