Bet this is the conditions he set upon his conquest of Europe promising the earth yet delivering nothing for those on these contracts but his dictate and punitive non fulfilment obligations ie £200 a day for non fulfilment of contracts!

The sameday service, which is part of Specialist Services (Relay) best known for British Gas totes etc to DO's, has operated using self employed staff for at least 8 years and probably longer. The staff of Relay are all RM employees on the same terms and conditions as the average postie minus the delivery supplement! ECourier was an independent courier company bought by RM about 2 or 3 years ago, once again using self employed staff. Makes you wonder if this is a blueprint for the future

This is almost certainly the future if Rico can get away with it. Up to us to stop this.
