Fireman Sam has been sacked for not being inclusive. Is Pat next or is he in the union?

Pat went a long time ago he now works for a courier called SDS

we havent seen too much of Pat recently, He was seen by his DOM who caught him on tv and after years of blatantly having way too much time on his delivery leaving him able to stop for tea and help people out with emergencies his DOM put 3 hours growth on his delivery. Now he comes into the office an hour early and works through his break so he can get done, he also has a dodgy knee and yet is still expected to do lapsing everyday, also Jess got ran over.
