I noticed at the end of today when all the managers had gone that in next weeks Rota, I am marked down for one day as LATES. Anyone know what this means?

Does your office deliver the parcels in the afternoo which come in later? It could be that, you cover a large area and possible packets from offices nearby so it is an afternoon/ evening shift.
