Ballot paper / october

Supposed to be receiving ballot paper end of September, but what is happening beginning of October are we going to lose the hour of our working week as planned.

NO!! RM want 5% cut in office budgets across the whole network in return for implementing the next hour of SWW. The CWU isn't going to accept that and hopefully none of the other proposed changes either so it's almost a certainty, given there is a yes vote, that industrial action will begin to coincide with the general election in the last two weeks of October.

Why do think you are getting a ballot paper ??? Don't you read any of the LTBs on here ?

The business intend not honouring much of " The Four Pillars Agreement". We are not getting the hour off promised as most offices are inefficient and not working hard enough. . . or at least that's what I've heard ! ! !

Yellow belly - you miss read my post ! I was saying " off course you'll be receiving a ballot paper" there's no " supposed" about it. The top brass of Royal Mail won't be budging from their position anytime soon ? Mediation won't make a jot of difference I believe !
As inefficient posties we have not "earned" our extra hour off. . . so to answer the original question ... " no we are not getting a 37 hour week in October ".

Well ballot papers are not printed yet as for the hopes and dreams of the last agreement if they cannot abide by that it tells you all you need to know. As for the future it seams we have a fight on our hands and we need all to fight with us all if you don't kiss any pay rise and embrace pay cuts job cuts and the feeding of the trove of the pigs by our servitude make no bones about it this is how he wants it ask Rico!

Just listened to that it says he is paying tax on his Royalmail income did not say shares though? But interesting enough IT said most of POSTMEN are in UK and most the problems are in the UK replay it if you will are we but targets in his eyes!
