Calling in sick

Been trying to call my sorting office (Tonbridge) since 6am to let them know i can't make it in today and no one is answering, i cant ring the managers personal phone as my phone broke on friday and im waiting for a replacement. Found another managers email address and have emailed him but no reply, running out of ideas is there an hr number that can let them know.

If you've attempted to phone the office and they arent answering then youve done all you could - theres proof you have tried so dont worry about it.

i think hes implying he cant get the managers personal number as its stored on his phone, but the delivery office will be listed online.
