Good day everyone please I need to know when my package will be delivered the package was sent from UK to Nigeria by my dad on the 15-8-2019 and it has not gotten here what might be problem?

Without any details of the contents or what service was used its difficult to advise you. However, here is the Nigeria Page https://www.royalmail.com/nigeria" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

My best guess is that customs has delayed it while they do checks. This is a common scenario in our Customers Section which is where this may have been better posted.

The content sent was a phone and the service use was international signed

Well the tracking number should tell You it’s left the UK but after that things will slow up .As said most likely in customs.

Is there a lithium battery in the package, if so how's it packed within the package (lithium batteries can often cause problems)
