Can someone confirm if our so called boss is right in refuse to pay overtime god forbid you should finish late on delivery,as you finished early the other day debarkle? And where can I see in writing that we don’t bank hours etc,is he taking the mick as expected?just want my facts right before yet another debate and argument ensues!pda actuals at the ready,can he compare daily,weekly,monthly ?whats the cut off?

This has been going on for years,they are stealing from the workforce,how they get away with it I just dont know.

I'm going to get flak for this.

There's an argument now that we work all our paid hours. It would be a different story if the manager said you could go home early and pay it back later. Or they asked you to do D2D to take you up to your finish time. But I know in our place some staff actively avoid the manager and shove off home early.

The mail has been quiet lately so some people are getting an earlier finish than ever. With all the crap that's heading our way soon this is one of the issues that the Union could use in a trade with some of that crap.

The union has change the tune on that as they messed up coming up with the saying “work all paid hours” it’s now an honest days work for an honest days pay

Back to the OP banking of hours is NOT allowed!!!! If he wants to start playing games then once you’ve worked your 38hrs don’t work anymore that’s could mean you only need to work 3/4hrs on a Saturday

Just don't finish early. Simples. I presume that you come in on time on the dot. Use a trolly don't doorstep take your full entitlement of meal relief etc.. if you are still back early, then you should be putting d2d together for rest of the week or washing the van. If there's work you can be doing and you go home early then you haven't really got an argument, even though banking of hrs in the way your Dom wants to, is not allowed.
