Random question, but I see loads of signed 24 hour large letters. I know what they are but what does LBT actually stand for?

If you mean Tracked items, I think it's possibly just when a customer has posted more than a certain number in one go

normally sent out by ticketmaster etc for proof of delivery via tracked item.

When they first came in we were told they were "Letter Box Tracked". I don't know if that meant they were supposed to fit through a letterbox (so, letterboxable).

They used to have an instruction not to deliver to neighbour on those but they seem to have dropped that now. Don't like leaving letters, signed for or tracked, with a neighbour though so 739 them if no-one in.
