Just had an scan of knee , not good , and still doing walking lapsing .

And they'll do their level best not to refer you. Get a sick note from your doctor that restricts how much/what you can do and then you'll see the f***ers jump.

The problem is most GP s think we walk around with one bag and do a couple of streets.They don't listen .

The managers will leave it for you to decide on your own health status, what I mean is if you're happy to carry on delivering and doing lapsing you are saying you are fit enough to do the work.
So the first stage is to refuse to do the work due to your condition preferably with medical evidence at that point the managers will be more inclined to refer you.
