My DOM said i was referred yesterday to HR for a further referral to OH Assist. Neither Royal Mail HR or OH Assist haven't heard a thing.

Typical of your DIM it must be the heat that he cant do their job properly. Oh no I'm wrong it's just that they can't do their job right at all he will be feeding you the usuall pish that comes out of every dom have you spoken to your union rep yet about the ihr your dom was on about.

Rep is 100% behind me he suggested it in the first place, he said he'll be having words tomorrow..can't fault our reps at all, its something so simple i bet as well.
