Once you've been referred to OH Assist do they ring you out of the blue or at a set time??

Approximate time if I remember , window of say 11am to 11.30 , 2pm to 2.30pm

Cheers for that i also heard its an automated call to tell you when they are going to ring at a certain time, must have changed to just being out of the blue.

No , they won't phone you out if the blue , either a letter first or a call to arrange suitable time

Usually they send a letter , they will not phone out of the blue. If you have a consultants letter read that to them and it will be a very short phone conversation.
