What's the procedure for moving to another office. Do you hand a " transfer request " to your manager asking which office you'd like to move to ? Having issues in my office & don't want to be there anymore.

It will show you all the current vacancies.

Yes, register on Success Factors but also approach your DoM and ask for contact numbers for the offices you are interested in.
Give the DoM there a call – you will still be told that you need to go via Success Factors but, in my case, two of the offices contacted me when vacancies appeared – at least three weeks before they were advertised on Success Factors.

best bet is to go to your 'intended' office, meet the DOM, give your experience etc, ask them to contact you if vacancies arise. once you get informed of vacancy, give them detials of your current DOM and they thrash out transfer date. it was 6 weeks for me first time, but 2 second time. worked both times for me and i'm about to look at transferring again soon!
