Can someone point me in the direction of national agreement please
Can dom make some lapse and rest of office do none?

Some might have no time to do it and you have but you should have equal treatment if not have a word with your manager maybe ask to see the PDA data to confirm why others are not doing it lol.

I cant point you in the direction but dont worry about it , as there is a simple answer is if you start on time , take your breaks , and use your working methods and don't have time to do any extra then NO unless he or she wants the o/t , if you start early , don't take meal breaks and run round to get a flyer YES you will have time to do extra so they would be no argument . imo they can lapse as many as they want but you have a finish time

Yes

It depends on the capability of each walk as to if they have time to lapse or not.

Not all duties are equal and all duties vary on a daily basis - e.g. One day walk 45 gets a bulk housing mailing so has no spare time, the next day, it doesn't and has spare time, but walk 57 had no housing on first day and did the following.

Yes they gave us extra lapsing last summer and it stayed on they have now given us about six or seven minutes extra delivery again on top of the lapsing!

Summer lapsing.
Just like Autumn lapsing, Winter lapsing, and Spring lapsing.

Personally, I just call it, management taking the piss out of the hardest working people in the business.

Yes. If you have duty time available you can do it. In theory if you did your lapsing and returned to the DO but still had time left but someone else wasn't able to do their lapsing you could be sent out with that lapsing as well !

I take it this all works when you have a so called manager still at the office to manage all this? sadly this isn’t the case and many a conversation is had over the phone when the cut off procedure is implemented and many have vacated the office and gone home.and rounds have been completed during s/a collections at no cost!

Hello all just want to point out that if you use your pda data to show you have no EXTRA time to lapse then you done lapse
Start on time take proper breaks dont rush just walk keep cool and you will find you have no time to lapse I haven't lapsed since pda went live
