Person in charge allowance

Hi, I have a question about the person in charge allowance (pic).
What is the criteria for the allowance ?
Being in charge of the office when all the managers have left?
Every day, Saturday?
How much?

It's called leadership allowance.

All the managers? How many do you have/ need?im guessing we have too many of them?is it the leadership allowance that delivery office support gets,is it £25 a week?we literally see our boss a maximum of 15 mins a day then he’s off to his other favourite office and lets us get on with it,that’s how he manages?..

Hypothetically.... a person who performs a sa 4-6pm Monday to Friday and ,or a person who performs sa on a Sunday 11am-3 pm should get paid ?
