breaks allowance

Im looking for some advice on what our break allowance should be when working overtime.
Ive read on here somewhere (Iv looked but cant find it now) that when you work over 9.5 on your shift, you get an extra break ( 20 mins)?
Is there an official company/union agreement on the exact amounts?

5 hours, 30 min break.
7 hours, 40 min break.
9 hours, 50 min break.
11 hours, 60 min break.
13 hours, 70 min break.

If you don’t get your full break entitlement during your shift then make sure to add it to your overtime.
