Same day off each week
As you have been working with this arrangement for more than three months without being told that it would be a temporary arrangement, your day off is now part of your terms of employment. This is a term of employment which arises from Custom and Practice.
The employer cannot change this unilaterally. It's classed as a significant variation to your contract and they must consult with you first and obtain your consent before altering your day off arrangement. If they do so unilaterally, they are in breach of contract.
It doesn't matter if you are full time, part time etc. RM can't treat you differently because by doing so, they would contradict their Equality and Fairness policy.
Speak to your union rep and/or get legal advice.
