Signed for a full time delivery 35 hours as per all the new full time contracts. How soon after signing for delivery can I expect my contract to increase from 30 to 35 hours? Also will D2D payment increase as now full time?

There's no such thing as a "D2D payment". We do not get paid for D2D's.
Ask your manager when they want you to start the new duty.
Your pay, including the supplement for delivery work, should increase pro rata the week you start your new hours. Just check your payslip to make sure it has.
