Length of service and previous conduct record are irrelevant now , despite what agreement says , management will dismiss if they get a chance unfortunately! FACT !
Appeals are usually worthless as appeals manager rarely overturn original decision .but first fully support any walkouts for colleagues as it is only language they understand
