Extended Delivery

There may be an element of cutting off your nose to spite your face about this but i think we shouldn't stay out and extend. My break in the morning finishes at 8.30 am. On wed thurs fri i finish at 14.10pm thats 5 hours 40 mins without a break. I suggest that all staff should have to return to the office at that time for their 20 minute break. Even if you have only say 10 mins to complete. Then because of travelling time that 10 mins becomes 30 minutes. This will really piss management off as if you have a partner as well the 40 mins saved will go out the window. Extended is overtime pure and simple not semi skimmed overtime. Bite the bullett and stop worrying about what time you finish and give RM the true reflection.

Sorry but are you saying that say with my walk I should push my trolley back to the office have a break and then push it back ? I could be thirty minutes from the office, thirty minute walk back 20 min break then a thirty minutes walk back, an hour and twenty minutes.

if your 30min from office your being misled by mgmt htc deliveries should be close to office or htc trolly should be transported by van to start finish delivery points
previous poster correct
our deliveries are 10miles from do we are looking to return half way round delivery for full 40min break
thats a 20 min journey to and from plus 40min break 80min in total
mgmt non to pleased with scenario but it is correct

Start and finish point within a mile of DO. Think that's the ruling. Of course the furthest point could be 5 miles from DO. In theory.
