Night shift without night pay

So Inverness mail centre is looking for mail workers from 02:15 until 06:15. Permanent 20 hrs per week. But they won't qualify for night pay as they are not doing the 3 hrs required. This is pathetic and what a time to start at with no public transport. Is this what RM want? For all the staff to be on the minimum amount that they can get away with. Pathetic.

Nope that's when all MC night shifts around the country need more staff to get the work clear as a result of Network 18

No doubt agency staff will fill these hours.
