Willfull delay by management??

Another comedy of errors today,colleague phoned in sick,can’t get it covered on overtime,can’t afford it he says,,so we have to lapse a duty,shed loads of Mail with poll cards turning up,so from down the phone he says to delivery office support,leave the poll cards if your not going to that address!..Wow thanks boss! That’s what you get when a so called manager is supposed to manage two offices but sadly has a favourite and we never see him ,ten mins max in the morning,and “have a good day “and then gone,part timers not lapsing a disgruntled and Brocken work force too efficient for its own good,top of the 1st attempt track league,and as much reward and thanks as if we were bottom,mis management at its finest!

Hardly wilful delay. Would be classed as a operation failure due to sickness.

Poll cards usually have 3 days

We’d already done our two days of lapsing,and with the great traffic figure scam,he’s physically worried sick about failure,and seems to have a one man mission to save every penny in our office,while nearby offices hemoarage overtime ,he should stay at our office and manage it,his man management skills are typically sadly lacking
