Annual leave increase

How many years do we have to work before we get the full 6 weeks of annual leave without having to pay for the extra two?

Is there a chart/list anywhere were you can see at what point your leave goes up due to time served?

I think it goes to 5 weeks and 1 day after 15 years and then 6 weeks after 25 years! Probably be dead by then though!

On entry = Four and a half weeks
After 5 years = Four weeks 3.5 days
After 15 years = Five weeks 1 day
After 20 years = Six weeks
