Wallington System Question

Is anyone else being told that if they go sick during the five weeks of their Wallington rotation they will lose part or all of their rest week?

been on here a few times this one and its bollox. if you went sick on a normal shift pattern you don't lose your day off do you. manager is pulling a fast one.

Your mistake there is in assuming they are there to help you , when quite clearly they are not and are as anti the real workforce as the rest of the management rank of stooges and associated hangers on.

I have rang them before about Bank Holiday payments, and they were upfront and helpful. Maybe depends on the luck of the draw who you get to speak to

They tried that crap at our place, the upshot was that they had to pay back all the days they had taken off Wallington week duty holders for about the past 5 years, those that could remember anyway..
