Cancelled POAL

About 7 weeks I asked my DOM to cancel my POAL for 18/19 which he apparently did.

However on my last 2 wage slips it still showing as a deduction but now at a reduced amount, from £8.73 per week down to £5.27 per week.

Can anyone shed any light as to why it hasn't ceased altogether as I assumed it would?

1) Contact HR directly- number on payslip.

2) Have you reached a milestone 5 year or 15 year?
POAL will go down when you reach these stages as your entitlement will go up.

Sounds like it has been reduced from 6 weeks leave to 5 weeks, just buying and extra couple of days? Did you originally buy up to 6 weeks?

Get on to HR and see what they can do?

Thanks for the replies, yes I have reached 15 years this year so it looks like it's just reduced to take account of that and not cancelled as requested.

HR are a bunch of utter incompetents.

Yes

On entry = Four and a half weeks
After 5 years = Four weeks 3.5 days
After 15 years = Five weeks 1 day
After 20 years = Six weeks

Thought 15 years was just 5 weeks TBT has it changed?
