Manger's acting like children

Why do manger's let runners go home early that don't take tea break don't use correct equipment.
And the people that do the job correctly
They say "you better be out to your time"
if you can't complete your duty if you leave mail or packets.
Baffles me

had to form a queue this morning if you needed to cut off....
managers were counting empty slots in the fitting,,,then running it through call rate and coming up with a % of call rate

then after 35 mins told me I would be going over slightly......yes sir no sh!t......but now im another 35 mins further behind...LOL

saw others in the same boat waiting to be counted.....some finally got out at 1130.....I was lucky at 10 am.....these lads brought 5 loops back LOL

I always tell them (Dom) it takes as long as it takes , everyday is different.
Its not always the call rate its the amount of parcels

Why worry about what other people are doing?

You want to do the job "correctly" so do it correctly. Get on with it and cut off when you can't complete. That's you're business! These so called runners that you are moaning about may have good reason for trying to get done, family commitments, etc. That's their business and nothing to do with you!

Far too many people in RM worrying about what everybody else is doing.

As for being expected to be out to your time if you leave mail in the office. Of course they will expect this otherwise why would you leave stuff behind????

Not moaning leave parcels all the time and mail.
Everyone has commitments and want finnished.
The point is if you do the job correctly they want u to work to your time.
If u run don't use equipment your aloud home early ?

Not everyone has commitments and therefore not everyone is bothered about when they finish!

What would you like to happen, people who rush around and get done early come and help you finish too?

Of course they go home early they will have done the same amount of work as you in less time! Why does it effect you if they go home early you still have your work to do? If you finished early and they don't does that effect you?

There is a thing called tea breaks that are a legal agreement that manger's turn a blind eye too.
Turn blind eye to runners not using trollys.

It's in a state because of workshy layabouts that moan about others just trying to get on with their jobs. You'd be happier if everybody sloped about at a snails pace and dragged the job out because then you could fit in with more people. Don't get the ump with other people just because they are prepared to work for their money, whilst all you want is an easy ride!

If people want to take their breaks they will take them. Are you upset because you want to have a nice cup of tea and a chat and you're left there sitting on your own?

If people want to use trolleys they will, if not they wont what the hell has it got to do with you????

Stop crying just because you want everyone to be the same as you, you have no idea why they try and get done early!

Do you come in early and run out the office and break every rules the union has agreed ?

People should take there tea break it's a legal agreement by law and the union fights hard to keep it paid instead of unpaid.
