Quick question - Is the callers office open Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday?

Not open, bank holiday = closed.

Well we had 4 actual customers.
Plus one postie coming to collect a special as he'd been on leave (great that 1pm Special Deliveries are being used for the SHE leaflet may I say....)
And another postie who'd left his hot water bottle on his frame.
