Haglunds Lump...recovery & rehab
Currently on light duties managing 2 hours delivery, 5 months after having surgery but;still in a lot of pain,asked for ATOS/OH to be informed because recovery is taking AGES.Any of you lads/lasses had this surgery & how long before you where back on full delivery?Reason I'm asking is because even though works have been supportive its starting to get me down feeling so inoperative.Any advice on recovery timescale/tips to get me back to full duties would be very helpful cheers!
